Our founder, Charly, literally grew up in the roofing industry, learning the trade at his father’s side from the age of eight. As a second-generation roofer, he gained invaluable insights working alongside his father, who was a respected subcontractor in the Tampa Bay area.

By age 17, Charly had already developed a clear vision for the future of roofing services in Central Florida. Rather than following the traditional subcontracting path, he saw an opportunity to create something better. Together with his father, they founded Rosewood Roofing with a simple yet powerful mission: to eliminate the middleman and provide direct, superior service to their customers.

This decision was born from years of firsthand experience observing the challenges and inefficiencies in the traditional roofing business model. By working directly with customers, we’ve created a more responsive, accountable, and efficient service that puts our clients’ needs first.
